Five Simple Pleasures

Posted in Uncategorized by Simon Bisson on December 3, 2005

Tagged by the one person I can’t resist, …

Name 5 of life’s simple pleasures that you like most. Try to be original and creative and not to use things that someone else has already used. Tag 5 people on your list.

1 A nice cup of tea and a good book
2 Hot toasted crumpets with butter melting through on to the plate
3 Sitting on a beach, watching the waves roll in
4 An intriguing problem to solve
5 Something interesting to photograph

I’m not one for tagging people, so feel free to propagate the meme if you want…

    Well…

Floating nose deep in Mediterranean water, looking down through a face mask into the blue depths, diving and surfacing without any urgency

Sailing upwind in a pleasant breeze, or bouncing through the waves downwind with the asymmetric kite up

Singing, preferably in a great choir, but in front of a friendly audience, solo is good

    A cuddle

A really well-kept pint of English bitter
